Forged by Tradition
Context — A one-minute trailer for a documentary story featuring Roger Rominger aka Fexer — a Val Fex native, artisan blacksmith and alpine farmer — inspired by the local mountainous landscape, translating this passion into his elegantly crafted knives.
Outcome — A short and engaging video that can be used for multiple purposes: a promo video - a website banner video - Instagram reels. As well as the trail for a longer documentary which explores Roger’s life in the Upper Engadin, living close to the land and engaging with this unique, traditional craft.
Intention — Focused, intense, visceral. This is the sensation of being present in Roger’s workshop, an Aladdin’s cave of blacksmithing tools that spark, burn, and shape raw metal into thoughtfully crafted design.
